After a most enthusiastic premier at Manhattan Repertory last year, I am excited to announce that my solo-show, The Hyenas Got It Down: Tales of Savagery, Depravity & Other Acts of Love, will be rearing its ugly head yet again, this time as part of the Midtown International Theatre Festival's Short Subjects Division. The piece is a solo depiction of 4 disparate (and somewhat desperate) individuals who relay and reflect on the experiences that have ultimately made them who they are, for better...or much, much worse. In a taut 50 minutes, the piece is a sharp, darkly comedic and entertaining punch in the nose that you will not soon forget.
